Lead, direct, and control all process engineering activities to develop manufacturing and production processes that are reliable, cost-effective, and support the organization's short and long-term business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Establish process engineering budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of process engineering activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that standards are met.
Evaluate the results of all projects and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, or technology. Provide technical advice in the most important, complex, or difficult process engineering projects.
Lead the most complex, large, or difficult process engineering projects and develop innovative approaches to production problems.
Monitor industry trends, and developments in engineering technology; evaluate and recommend investments in equipment, systems, or other assets that will improve the organization's production capabilities.
Coordinates the development, implementation and follow up of the improvements in the methods / processes of the production lines. Optimizes the use of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy, solves problems in the manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.
Works on project development and implementation of new products.
Analyze more complex product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
Analyze existing industrial engineering techniques and develop recommendations for changes to working methods that will minimize costs, and time taken; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products. Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Imply independent judgment and acquired experience, for execute moderately complex and non-routine assignments.
Assists teams in the application of Lean methodologies and principles (e.g., 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen, etc.),to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency.
Perform standard technical calculations (for example, on time estimates, or equipment loads) and prepare standard operation sheets. Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes.
To liaise with related teams to facilitate the smooth progressing of projects in order to meet safety, quality, cycle time and cost targets.

Mission
Lead development of Chinco sales strategies, review and advice on policies - pricing, products mix, brand portfolio to achieve the short and long-term sales goals. Review and monitor sales performance periodically, and refine sales strategies as required in discussion within Chinco. Works closely with LRP Marketing counterparts, and creates collaborative environment for enhancing sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.
Develop & implement effective marketing strategies in cooperation with colleagues in the customer center and divisional product management
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
Support Regional Sales Manager on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will improve their sales.
Liaise with other senior executives across LRP to ensure that sales and marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the Chinco objectives.
Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, customers, partners, key decision-makers, and industry leaders (for example in industry associations) to promote Chinco products and services.
Lead the most important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect Chinco's business interests.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and professionals to achieve established sales and business development goals.

• Significant product and applications expertise giving the ability to guide and direct the Sales team
• A demonstrated track record of value selling, with minimum 10 years experience selling pump / vacuum products
